Basic Daylite Training
This one-day hands-on course is an excellent introduction to Daylite. Designed for new users, the aim is to produce confident Daylite users by the end of the day.
The course starts with an overview presentation that outlines what can be achieved with Daylite and DMI (Daylite Mail Integration).
It then shows you how to navigate Daylite's interface and how to get maximum benefit from it.
We then cover methods of data entry, searches and smart lists, sales opportunities concepts, projects, mail-merging, labels, using the calendar, appointments and tasks, notes.
We can also provide a personalised tuition service as a workshop with emphasis placed on your requirements.
We find that our clients get the most out of training when using their own data so we normally ask attendees have some data prepared and ready to load prior to the session.

Advanced Daylite Training
This is a one-day course designed for those who have attended the basic training or who those who have been using Daylite for a while and would like to get more out of it.
Topics covered: Sales forecasting, creating print layouts, reports and mail merge templates, use of forms, synchronising with iCal and Address Book, de-duplication, Administrating Daylite in a multi-user environment, full explanation of the preferences.
